Elexind is proud to have contributed to the creation of the new technological laboratories of the ITS Biomedical Academy Mario Veronesi, a project of great significance for the training of future professionals in the biomedical sector.
Our company played a key role in the development of a state-of-the-art cleanroom, the beating heart of the Academy’s educational and practical activities, enabling students to gain hands-on experience with the real demands of the production world.
Beyond the Cleanroom: a complete solution
For Elexind, a cleanroom is not just a technological space, it is an ecosystem that must ensure optimal conditions for both work and training.
That’s why, in addition to designing and building the controlled contamination environment, we also took care of other key aspects, such as functional and technical furnishings: decontamination mats, benches and lockers for dressing rooms to support gowning and controlled access procedures, as well as specific chemical products for cleaning and maintaining the cleanroom, all essential for preserving safety and quality standards.
A Cleanroom designed for learning
A distinctive feature of this project is the choice to build the cleanroom with fully transparent walls, a solution that provides complete visibility of the activities carried out inside.
This feature is essential because the cleanroom will be used not only as an operational environment but above all as a training space, allowing students to directly observe procedures and gain an in-depth understanding of how a controlled contamination environment operates.
